Supervising Holland Free Public Library: Trustees

Holland Free Public Library was incorporated in 1963 as an "association library." This structure of governance allows us to be registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, meaning we can carry out our own fundraising efforts (unlike most public libraries, which rely on Friends of the Library volunteers to help raise money). An additional appeal is that donations to the library are tax deductible.

Our EIN (Employer Identification Number) is: 22-1917338. 

This is also synonymous with our NJ Taxpayer Registration Number.

All libraries should have an updated strategic plan of three years, initiated by the Board of Trustees. The Strategic Plan charts the library’s direction for the future.
