Supervising Holland Free Public Library: Annual Mailing

Each year, the Library's Board of Trustees creates a mailing campaign to reach local residents who can consider us their neighborhood library. Our target population is residents of Holland Township and Alexandria Township with the zipcodes: 08848, 08804, 08825, 08867. 

We ask our potential neighborhood library users to consider the value we offer surrounding communities and graciously suggest they write us a check to supplement the funding we receive from local government in order to cover our annual operating expenses.

Here is a suggested timeline for completing stages of the campaign:

• July board meeting: review contents of past mailings, discuss ideas for the next mailing
• August 
• September
• October:
  • submit print shop order (with attachments) to Jennifer Winberry, assistant director of Hunterdon County Library for her review and request that Holland Library's reserve funds be used to cover printing: jwinberry@hclibrary.us
  • with her approval, submit printing order (with attachments) to Hunterdon County print shop: printshop@co.hunterdon.nj.us, print shop contact as of 2022 is Pam Boon-Jamele: pboon@co.hunterdon.nj.us
